2011 Private Collection Late Harvest Pinot Gris 375ml
A light to medium bodied late harvest sweet white wine, rich cold tea with apricots, honeydew melon with great fine acidity giving length to delicate texture on the palate.
This wine exhibits tangerine, custard apple and creamy citrus characters from barrel fermentation and a lovely oily richness with vanillin oak influences.
Rich, powerful, dense, ripe Cabernet Sauvignon showing lovely red berry fruits, Swiss liquorice, chocolate, fi ne, rounded tannins, nice vanillin oak infl uences and fi nishing with a lingering palate.
