WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Cabernet Sauvignon is our largest planting of grapes. We have approx 12 different locations to source fruit from to make this type of blend, so lots of options and soil and elevation options. 2014 was a great growing season, rained in early spring and temperatures were nice and not too hot. Fruit was dense and very varietal and this is a good example of Granite Belt fruit.
