NOSE: Tropical lift of green melon, fig and ripe lemon.
PALATE: A dry, crisp, clean Chardonnay, with a palate of creamy tropical white fruits, peach, fig, gala red apple and touch of vanilla oak.
WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Good ripe Chardonnay, crushed, pressed and cool fermented in tank with aromatic yeast. 10% barrel fermented for extra complexity and texture.
FOOD MATCHING: Try with oven-roasted pork loin with sweet potato, rocket and pinenuts.
CELLARING: Drink now until 2019
