Nose

Eucalypt, dry fruit, touches of liquorice and fine chestnutty oak aromas are evident in this wine’s bouquet. Very dense blueberries.

 

Palate

Velvety, rich, silky, concentrated Cabernet flavours with fruit and oak persistent on the palate. This wine shows great depth with sweet prune and rhubarb on the finish coming from the “Amarone” style.

 

Winemaking Comments

Work from our vineyard trials now blended together to create a Cabernet of great depth. Rich, dense, very soft yet very powerful. This wine is one to age as it comes from a great vintage.
