PALATE: Rich, velvet cigar box, powerful red berry fruit, lovely intense oak, powdered rich tannins, and all packed into a great explosive palate, that lingers for ages.
WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Another wild fermented style red wine, using the natural elements on the selected blocks native flora to give interesting flavours, and silky stylish palate that continues on the back palate for a long time.
