PALATE: A medium-bodied late harvest sweet white wine, rich cold tea notes lifted by luscious apricot and perfumed melon with a fine acidity, giving length to the delicate texture on the palate.
DID YOU KNOW? Late harvested wines are labelled as a ‘late harvest’ due to the fruit being harvest when the grape has developed extra-ripeness (fruit has started to shrivel looking like sultanas).
