Burning of the Vines is back this Father’s Day.
Originating in France, the Burning of the Vines marks the end of harvest and the Winter pruning. Tradition involves collecting grapevine cuttings then
burning them to cleanse the vineyards and celebrate the coming of the new bud bursts; a symbolism of death and rebirth by fire. This event has it all, fire, food and (most importantly) fine wine.
The burning will happen in the amphitheatre just below the Tuscan Terrace where you have front row seats to the magic. Sit back warm up and indulge yourself in the 3-course paddock to plate banquet. Each course has been perfectly paired with a Sirromet wine in a collaboration of our team of winemakers and chefs to create the ultimate experience for our guests.
There will be live music for you to enjoy so all that’s left for you to do is to sit back relax with your time with us.
