NOSE: Scented wild gooseberries and green pea with hints of musk and confectionery notes.
PALATE: A zesty, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc exhibiting a fresh palate of white peach, gooseberries and green apple with nice spinal acidity.
Picked on medium-weight fruit density; clean, soft and quite persistent. Long cool ferment on aromatic yeast to accentuate the lifted, intense aromas of this variety and add textural interest. A fresh, bright style made to be drunk young.
