To celebrate the launch of the new Subaru Forester, Subaru partnered with FCM Meeting and Events and Norwell Motorplex, with Sirromet as the chosen host venue to deliver a unique and immersive Masterclass event.
Hosted on a greenfield site, set amongst the Sirromet bushlands alongside the 4WD track, a purpose-built and styled event space was created to reflect the Forester’s adventurous spirit - complete with tipis, bespoke event infrastructure and food and beverage facilities.
Working collaboratively with a team of expert suppliers, the site was transformed into an experiential training hub. By day, attendees engaged in dynamic sessions combining product education with hands-on driving experiences.
The custom-tailored 4WD track was a centrepiece of the event, allowing participants to test the Forester’s off-road capability in a controlled environment. Paired with Norwell’s high-performance driving course, the program demonstrated the vehicle’s versatility across all terrains.
Under the tipis, intimate workshop sessions delved into the vehicle’s features, safety technologies, and customer-focused benefits - helping to elevate both product knowledge and confidence.
As the sun set, the event shifted into a relaxed evening setting, with campfire dinners and informal networking around fire pits, reinforcing team bonds and brand storytelling.
The Subaru Masterclass was a true collaboration - combining logistics, creativity, and strategic planning to deliver an unforgettable experience. The result was an energised and inspired sales and service team, better equipped to translate their experience into meaningful customer interactions.
The event set a new benchmark for brand engagement and product training, perfectly aligning with Subaru’s adventurous, customer-first philosophy.
