Sirromet Continues To Grow In China

MARCH 2017 Sirromet Winery Cellar Door located at Mount Cotton is now offering dedicated Mandarin speaking winery tours. Available 1pm each Saturday and Sunday, the 90-minute experience takes visitors behind the scenes of the state-of-the-art winery facility, gaining an insight into the winemaking process and concluding with a private wine tasting of 8 Sirromet wines. The new experience is designed to further enhance the unique home delivery service currently offered by Sirromet. Established in 2012, Sirromet’s home delivery offering allows visitors to purchase wine for home delivery in country, with Chinese distributors located in Nanchang (Jiangxi Province) and Beijing. Forecasting 6000 new Chinese visitors to the winery this year, tourism is a very significant part of our export program. Since 2013 our Chinese visitor numbers have grown by 59% with home delivery sales to match.
