Check-in

Check-in for Sanctuary by Sirromet is from 14:00pm daily. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.
Our friendly reception team will be available 08:30 – 16:30, 7 days a week. If you are arriving outside these hours, please contact our team for alternative check-in arrangements.

Check-out

We know that leaving Sanctuary will be the most difficult part of your stay, however, we do require you to check-out by 10:00am. For any late check-out requests please speak to our reception team.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included with your booking at Sanctuary by Sirromet. If you are staying with us Monday – Friday, our team will deliver a gourmet breakfast hamper straight to your pavilion from 07:30am. On Saturdays and Sundays you can enjoy a beautiful a-la-carte breakfast under the shade of the fig trees at our signature restaurant; Tuscan Terrace. Simply see the team at Tuscan Terrace between the hours of 07:30 – 09:00.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners. Please note that Sanctuary by Sirromet does not accept cash for bookings under any circumstances.

Children and extra beds

Children are welcome. Extra beds and cribs are not available.

Pets

Unfortunately you will have to leave your furry friends at home during this getaway. Guide and support animals will need to be communicated to our team at the time of your booking.

General Policies

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to make special requests for accessibility needs, please note them at check-out when booking your stay.

Parking

Designated parking is included as part of your booking at Sanctuary, this will be communicated with you when checking in with our team. Please note that we are a vast property and Sanctuary is located approximately 750m from Tuscan Terrace and Cellar Door, we recommend that you have your own vehicle while on-site as we are unable to provide transfers.

Internet

Free WIFI is available in all Sanctuary by Sirromet pavilions.
