NOSE: Lifted aromas, very delicate, fresh, peach, floral and citrus tones.

PALATE: Handcrafted to deliver a pretty balanced palate of citrus and green apple with touches of grapefruit and pear enhanced by the delicate bubbly mousse.

WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Young, fresh fruit, soft and delicate, a very lively style. Fermented at low temps to help with clean aromatic aromas, all the citrus family and a mixture of peach and floral notes.

FOOD MATCHING: Enjoy with fresh local oysters or scallops.
