TASTING NOTES: A savoury and delicious traditional method sparkling, displaying a beautiful peachy hue from Pinot Noir. Aromas of lemon curd, pink grapefruit and delicate red apple are layered with hints of brioche and pastry. A soft textured palate from extended lees ageing, with bright yet delicate acidity balancing out the creamy, elegant finish.

WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Made in the hand-crafted methode traditionnelle style, this Chardonnay dominant blend spent five years on lees to develop an elegant complexity and richness.
