REGION: Granite Belt, Queensland.

COLOUR: Deep ruby with violet edges.

TASTING NOTES: Handcrafted to show intense bramble fruits with touches of pepper and spice, with delicate floral berry notes and soft toasty oak.

WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Shiraz and Viognier were co-fermented to enhance aromatics and intensify colour. This wine is drinking beautifully now after maturation before release however can cellar up to five years.

FOOD MATCHING: Enjoy with chargrilled 200g eye fillet, buttered mash, chargrilled asparagus and peperonata.
