TASTING NOTES: Fragrant with red berries and black cherries with touches of dried cranberry. Vanillin oak adds spice with bright acidity lifting the fruit through the finish.

WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Our talented winemaking team have crafted an elegant wine reflecting the high esteem in which the Morris family hold Jimmy. Sourced from the close-planted 'Mon ami Jimmy' block at Seven Scenes Vineyard, selected fruit parcels were hand-plunged through ferment, then carefully matured to create Mon ami Jimmy, a reference to Jimmy's heritage, born and raised in Québec, Canada.
